Provides direct supervision, guidance and leadership to all support services staff members, including the departments of material management, nutritional services, environmental services, and plant operations. Ensures that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive and appropriate to the needs of the population served, meeting all regulatory and professional standards. Serves as a member of the management team.
