Responsible for providing the restaurant with clean china, tableware, cookware and all other equipment needed. Promote the See. Say. Smile. and CEO culture through actions and positive attitude.
Clean and wash all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, china, silverware and glasses using the dishwasher as appropriate. Properly store all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, silverware and glasses. Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department. Deliver product and stood to food outlets. Take out kitchen trash, including, but not limited to, grease and food particles from garbage disposals. Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class O license. Must be at least 18 years old to use power equipment such as the dishwasher and garbage disposal.
