Job Duties: Safely prepare food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to customers in all outlets. Strive for picture-perfect plate presentation. Promote the See. Say. Smile. and CEO culture through actions and positive attitude.
Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat and cheerful. Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable and inviting them back. Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Accurately prepare all food items according to established measurements and recipes. Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class O license.
