Exciting Career Opportunity!
We are looking for an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform reception duties such as directing visitors and answering phones.
  • Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing.
  • Help maintain equipment mileage and location data.
  • Support the team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Reports to: Office Manager
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and familiar with standard office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Training will be provided upon higher.
