This full-time position is a combination of administrative and patrol duties and is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of the MarMac Police Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience with issues facing rural communities, municipal policing, strong leadership and supervisory skills, operations and budgeting, and will enjoy being a part of a local government team striving to serve the citizens of McGregor and Marquette.
Residency required in Iowa within a seven mile radius. Salary based on certification status and experience, competitive benefits package and IPERS.
